Here are some common questions about Papa Academy
How does Papa Academy work?
Papa Academy is an online educational website for primary and secondary school students. We offer information, advice and practical activities to support your child’s learning and we aim to demystify the online classroom environment so that your child feels comfortable with the tutorial and revision materials as if they were in the classroom with the teacher.
Your child can assess Papa Academy on any internet enable devise anytime, anywhere.
Does Papa Academy cover all classes?
For now, Papa Academy covers Primary School level (P.4 – P.7) but we are working hard to extend the user base to cover the whole of Primary School classes (P.1 – P.7) and Secondary School levels (S.1 to S.4) by early next year.
Is Papa Academy free to access?
All our tips and advice about studying, revision and life in general are available to all parents and students for free.
We have over 100 ICT tutorials, interactive games, revision and study materials ideal for P.4 – P.7 which are completely free but you will need to register with us (for free) to access them.
Our subscriber offering is much more extensive and includes 5000+ Questions and Answers, PLE questions and Answers from 2000 to 2019, class based tutorial lessons for each year group and much more.

Do teachers write your content?
How does my child join Papa Academy?
Parents’ Membership: You can sign-up as many children as you wish. The more the children you signup the cheaper it becomes.Each additional child you signup gets 10% discount and parents can team-up with fellow parents and signup for one account in order to maximise the discount.
Schools’ Membership: Schools can enrol as many students during the signup process. Schools get a 10% discount on each additional student they enrol.
After joining, just sent us the names of the students you have enrolled and we shall create accounts for each and everyone.
**We only create accounts for the children you have enrolled and accounts can’t be shared between children.
What happens after I signup?
You will receive a set of emails once you complete the sign-up process. One of the emails will be asking you to send us the names of the student/students you have bought access for. We shall then create an account/accounts for the students and send you login details plus instructions on how to login.

How do I cancel my membership?
If you do not want your subscription to be automatically renewed at the end of your current subscription period, you can cancel via your Account Area or by contacting us directly on admin @papainternet.com
To cancel your membership:
- Login to your Papa Academy account, and click on “my profile”.
- Open your account menu in the upper-right corner, and select Membership details.
- Click Cancel membership.
- Click Submit.
You can cancel any time during your membership term, and your account will stay active until the end of that term.
Your children can continue using Papa Academy until your membership expires, and you will not be charged again.
If I cancel my membership, will I receive a refund?
During your first 15 days, if you find that Papa Academy doesn’t meet your needs, you can cancel and receive a full refund. After that period, however, we are unable to offer pro rata refunds or credits for cancelled subscriptions.
If you choose to cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, your membership will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle, and then your account will become unaccessible
What do I do if I forget my password?
It can be tricky remembering all your passwords all the time! If you forget your password, you can reset it easily. Go to papaacademy.org and click Forgotten password on the right. Enter your information, and Papa Academy will email password reset instructions to you. If you don’t see the email in your inbox, be sure to check your spam folder.
*Students: if you don’t have an email address associated with your account, you will need to contact your teacher/parent for help.
How can I update my profile or change Icon?
When you are signed in to your account, PapaAcademy displays your profile icon in the upper-right corner of the page. This icon helps students verify that they are signed in to their account when they are practising.
You can change your profile icon or update your account information by opening your account menu, select Profile & settings, upload then new icon/photo or just update your information, and click Submit.
How do I change my password?
If you would like to change your password:
- Sign in to your account, and open the account menu.
- Select Profile & settings.
- Click Change password.
- Enter your current password and the new password.
- Click Submit when finished.
How's my information handled once I signup?
How do I pay for my subscription?
All subscriptions for Papa Academy are purchased online. Please make sure you give us the correct information when you register, including your email address and a contact number, so we can resolve any query you may have more easily.
We use Stripe and Boyenic to process your payments. These payment gateways are secured with a grade one encyprition and security feautures.
Do you accept mobile money payments?
Yes, we accept Mobile money payments through Boyenic payment platform, and payments can be made in any currency.
